When Zach Myers isn't shredding a guitar on tour with his band Shinedown, he is shredding pulled pork from his smoker in Memphis, TN. He learned to appreciate BBQ growing up around his grandpa's joint: Gridley's BBQ. Just like me, he likes to smoke meat for his bandmates even while on tour.
